2019 Annual Newsletter!

We hope 2019 was good to you; it sure was to us here at Why Not Now Missions! Here's a snapshot of the impact you've made this year. Please enjoy!

$13,318 in donations were used to support children in Nepal and empower local refugees here in Milwaukee! This was a 26% increase in funds distributed from last year!

7 - Scholarships provided to Nepalese students this year
1 - Nepalese student we helped to reach High School - she is the first to attend High School in her family!
 

Milwaukee's Newest Artisans are still rockin' away! This year, here's what they accomplished:
The artisans saved 24,420 plastic bags from going into the landfill. They sold 400 baskets and earned $7,797 in total sales - every penny going directly to the artisans!

We helped 4 local refugee families pay back a portion of their Airfare Loans (all refugees are required to pay back their plane ticket that brought them to America).
We provided 5 families with diapers and wipes for their newborns.
2 local families received school supplies for their school-aged children.

And a big thanks to all of you who have cleaned out your closets to benefit others! $3,012 worth of donated clothes were distributed to local refugee families.

4 of YOU created a Facebook Birthday Fundraiser - and raised a combined total of over $1,000!

We are so grateful for all of YOU! The support you continue to show us is overwhelming and everyday we are reminded of just how blessed we are.

We hope the numbers show you just how great of an impact you've made over the course of this year...but more importantly behind the numbers are the individual stories of resilience, perseverance, and strength of those we serve.
